Lunch: spaghetti squash simply steamed and salt-n-pepper’d, plus a braised chicken thigh and bok choy over the MultiMix. Dinner: pan-fried tofu with pork, string beans, mustard greens and snow peas over steamed japanese sweet potatoes.
Some frizzled green beans with some fish with some multi-mix. I’ll post up a recipe for that multi-grain sometime; it’s a good one. Double paper plate for the microwave.
